All articles published by the Journal of Interventional Epidemiology and Public Health (JIEPH) are immediately and permanently made available worldwide under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license allows users to freely:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

Appropriate credit must be given to the original authors, and a link to the license and the original publication must be provided.

  • Copyright Retention: Authors retain the full copyright to their work without restrictions.
  • Non-Exclusive Rights: Authors grant JIEPH the non-exclusive right to publish the article, ensuring its permanent availability and distribution across all forms of media, and to be recognised as the original source of publication.
  1. Green Open Access (Self-Archiving) Policy

In line with our commitment to maximum research dissemination and compliance with international standards, JIEPH has a liberal self-archiving policy, and we are currently registering this policy with the Sherpa/RoMEO database (Open Policy Finder).

Authors are permitted, and strongly encouraged, to deposit all versions of their article in any institutional, subject-specific, or general repository (e.g., PubMed Central) immediately upon acceptance or publication, with no embargo period.

JIEPH is committed to ensuring the long-term archiving and integrity of our content against loss or service disruption.

  • Archiving Service: JIEPH is actively implementing and verifying our partnership with CLOCKSS. Our metadata and articles are currently secured locally, and we anticipate confirmation of full integration shortly.
  • Permanent Access Guarantee: Once the preservation service is fully operational, JIEPH will guarantee that in the event the journal ceases publication or faces a catastrophic server failure, the archived content will be made perpetually and freely available to the public.
